Pastor Tony Mannon has been involved with this ministry since it began on 7/28/2017. When Pastor Tony was a member of the Midway Baptist Church, a man by the name of Jimmy Quillen, who had been a drug addict for decades came to Midway and was gloriously born again. Bro. Jimmy had never overdosed in spite of being an addict for decades, but he relapsed shortly after getting saved and after 7 doses of narcan being administered to him on the floor of his garage, and numerous doses of narcan on the way to and at the hospital, the Lord pulled Bro. Jimmy through it! Bro. Jimmy came back to Sunday School Class (Homebuilder's Sunday School Class) and told his class that he couldn't "do this" on his own. Bro. Jimmy said he was going to go to a halfway house and he asked that his Sunday School Class pray for him. At the conclusion of Sunday School that day everyone in the classroom huddled around Bro. Jimmy, laid their hands on him prayed over him. Pastor Tony followed Jimmy over to Primary Purpose Center, and that is when the Lord started this particular ministry. He made a way. Primary Purpose Center offers level 2 and level 3 supportive housing. It is located at 3222 North Ridge Road., Elyria, OH. 44035.
